John has worked with small businesses and Fortune 100 companies to find the right goals, strategies, and implementations for Social Media. He has been involved with the Facebook, Bebo and MySpace platforms from the time they were released and has written several successful applications. As a result, John was the Featured Developer on Bebo for the Spring of 2008, a speaker on Facebook and Bebo development, and is the co-author of the book - Facebook Development: A Complete Guide to Smart Application Development for the Facebook Platform.
Prior to specializing in social media, John spent 10 years leading software development teams and building award-winning software debugging products at NuMega Technologies.

Cappy Popp has over 15 years of in-depth experience in multiple areas of software development. Formerly a top software engineer and internal consultant at several profitable startups, Cappy has created successful applications that are not only fun, but have real utility in news, debugging, data reporting, large systems integration and communication. He's also the co-author of Essential Facebook Development that details the entire process of creating, deploying, and promoting a lucrative Facebook application. He's successfully designed, implemented, and tested large social media strategies for many large companies and has been involved with every major social platform launched in the last decade. A recognized Facebook expert, he's a well-known speaker at many industry conferences. A career chameleon Cappy holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson University and a Masters Software Engineering Certification from Boston University. Interestingly, his first career was as a professional chef in several top Boston restaurants including his own.
